Cares for a Cause is our way of giving back to our community. Every month, Image in a Box donates to a local nonprofit picked by one of our team members. Lindsey chose the Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS) of North Alabama for April!
About the Greater Huntsville Humane Society
The Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS) is a no-kill animal shelter established over 50 years ago. Each year thousands of dogs and cats find loving homes through their adoption and rescue programs. In 2021 alone, they had 754 pets adopted as well as 7,068 volunteer hours donated! Why Lindsey Chose the Greater Huntsville Humane Society
Lindsey is notorious for her empathic personality and love of animals. She says,
"Greater Huntsville Humane Society plays a huge role in helping relieve the overcrowding burden on our local shelters and finding loving homes for our four-legged friends in need. With our government shelters filling up so quickly throughout the year, organizations like GHHS must step in to help save as many animals as possible. With a no-kill policy, they diligently find the best homes for each animal in their care. They are a lifesaver. Literally!"
