HubSpot + Ops Services — Built Together, Priced Clearly
Most HubSpot implementations fail because the software gets set up but the operations don't. You get a CRM with no pipeline governance, marketing automation with no lead scoring logic, and dashboards nobody trusts. Image in a Box packages HubSpot with the MarketingOps, RevOps, and SalesOps work that makes it actually produce results.
Companies that run HubSpot with proper operational infrastructure see an average 129% increase in inbound leads within 12 months. Those using workflow automation close deals at 2.8x the rate of teams that don't. That's not a platform story. That's an ops story.

How it works
You purchase HubSpot directly from Image in a Box. We handle everything: strategy, architecture, implementation, integrations, training, and ongoing optimization. As a HubSpot Platinum Partner, we help you select the right hubs and tiers for your business and can often access partner pricing.
The packages below show what most growing companies need. Your actual configuration depends on team size, contact volume, and which integrations matter. We'll scope that in your first call.
The Recommended Stack
This is the combination we deploy for most clients — the ones getting serious about revenue operations.
HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional — $800/mo
Billed annually. $890/mo if billed monthly. Includes 3 core seats and 2,000 marketing contacts.
The engine behind your campaigns, automation, and attribution. This is where lead scoring, nurture workflows, lifecycle stage automation, and campaign reporting live. Companies using Marketing Hub reporting generate 9x more inbound leads than those flying blind.
- Omni-channel marketing automation
- Lead scoring and smart segmentation
- Campaign attribution (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch)
- SEO tools, social scheduling, and ad management
- Custom reporting dashboards (up to 100)
- A/B testing on emails and landing pages
- Breeze AI content assist for email and landing page copy
Additional seats: $45/seat/mo (annual). Contact tiers scale: 5,000 contacts adds ~$250/mo, 10,000 adds ~$500/mo.
One-time HubSpot onboarding fee: $3,000 (required by HubSpot — but when you work with us, our Clarity Automation engagement covers everything HubSpot's onboarding would and more).
HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise — $150/seat/mo
Annual billing only. Per-seat pricing — 5 reps = $750/mo, 10 reps = $1,500/mo.
The operational backbone of your sales team. Pipeline architecture, deal governance, forecasting, and automation that keeps reps selling instead of doing data entry. Conversation intelligence, predictive scoring, and Breeze AI call summaries give your team the context they need before every meeting.
- Custom objects and custom deal scoring
- Predictive lead scoring
- Conversation intelligence (call recording, transcription, and AI summaries)
- Up to 1,000 workflows for sales automation
- Advanced permissions and team hierarchies
- Recurring revenue tracking
- 12,000 calling minutes/mo
- Breeze prospecting agent and meeting prep summaries
One-time HubSpot onboarding fee: $3,500 (same note as above — our engagement covers this and more).
Need fewer features? Sales Hub Professional is $90/seat/mo (annual) with 300 workflows and 3,000 calling minutes.
HubSpot Commerce Hub Professional — $85/seat/mo
Annual commitment. $95/seat/mo billed monthly.
As of September 2025, HubSpot moved quotes and CPQ out of Sales Hub and into Commerce Hub. If your team sends proposals, needs e-signature, or runs any kind of quote-to-cash motion, Commerce Hub is where that lives now.
The Breeze closing agent inside Commerce Hub uses AI to surface deal context, suggest next steps, and help reps move stalled deals forward. Given that 86% of B2B deals stall during the buying process, that's not a nice-to-have.
- AI-powered quotes with Breeze closing agent
- Quote activity tracking (see when a prospect opens and reviews a quote)
- Quote approval workflows
- E-signature (25 signatures/user/mo at Professional)
- Invoicing and payment links
- Recurring billing
- 130+ currencies
- CPQ (configure, price, quote) workflows
Commerce Hub Enterprise — $140/seat/mo (annual): Adds 50 e-signatures/user/mo, advanced approval logic, and expanded automation.
Payment processing fees:
- HubSpot Payments: 2.9% + $0.50 platform fee per card transaction
- ACH via HubSpot: 0.8% (capped at $10) + $0.50 platform fee
- Stripe via Commerce Hub: Stripe's standard fees + 0.75% platform fee
HubSpot Data Hub Professional — $720/mo
Billed annually. $800/mo if billed monthly. Includes 1 core seat.
The RevOps layer. This is where PSA sync, data quality automation, and programmable workflows live. If you're connecting HubSpot to ConnectWise, Autotask, Dynamics 365, or any external system, you need this.
- Programmable automation (custom-coded workflows)
- Data quality automation (formatting, deduplication)
- Webhooks (up to 10)
- Custom reporting and team permissions
- Data sync for 100+ third-party apps
Additional seats: $45/seat/mo (annual).
What IIAB Adds on Top
HubSpot is the platform. We're the team that makes it work for your business.
Phase 0 — Kickoff and Risk Mitigation
For companies with previous CRM migration failures or complex multi-system environments.
Before we touch a single workflow or migrate a single contact, we get the foundation right. Phase 0 is a structured kickoff that surfaces risk early, aligns stakeholders on success criteria, and produces the documentation your team needs to feel confident going in.
Skipping this step is how migrations go sideways. We've cleaned up enough broken implementations to know that the planning work pays for itself.
What's included:
- Kickoff workshop with Sales, Marketing, and Ops/IT — success criteria defined and agreed on before implementation starts
- Migration risk mitigation plan: backup and rollback procedures, data sampling strategy, validation rules, and a sign-off checklist
- Access, permissions, and environment readiness checklist (so nothing blocks implementation mid-sprint)
Deliverables:
- Project plan with timeline and dependency map
- Migration risk mitigation plan and validation checklist
- RACI matrix and communication cadence
Acceptance criteria: Client approves the implementation plan and validation checklist before Clarity Automation work begins.

Clarity Automation Engagement
Every engagement follows our 4-step methodology: Discover, Automate, Monitor, Refine. Scope and pricing depend on complexity, but here's what's typically included:
Discover
- Tech stack audit and data flow mapping
- Separate discovery sessions for sales, marketing, and business ops
- Clarity Automation plan with prioritized implementation roadmap
Automate
- Pipeline architecture and deal governance design
- MEDDIPICC architecture and enforcement: property suite, stage gates, calculated deal score (0-100), and coaching views so managers can see exactly where deals are stalling
- Lifecycle stage automation and lead routing
- Integration builds (ConnectWise, Autotask, Dynamics 365, Nexudus, and more)
- Data migration and cleanup
- Sales sequences and marketing nurture workflows
- Lead scoring configuration
- AI/Breeze enablement: CRM-native AI for rep productivity, including call summaries, meeting prep, content assist, and forecasting augmentation
- PRM and channel ops: partner portal design, deal registration workflows, channel conflict detection, and partner reporting
- Expansion and renewal motions: renewal triggers, health scoring, and CS handoff automation
Monitor
- Custom dashboards for leadership and operators (up to 10 reports per dashboard)
- KPI definition and reporting structure
- Up to 3x 1-hour training sessions
- SOPs for sales and marketing teams
Refine
- Ongoing weekly consultation
- Workflow optimization and data quality audits
- Strategic campaign reporting and tech stack planning
Let's talk
We tailor our services to fit your needs but most clients end up between $7,500-10,000/mo.
What this looks like in practice
SNP, a company that moved to Marketing Hub Enterprise, saw 2x revenue growth and 69x more inbound leads. That's not typical — but it illustrates what happens when the platform and the operational infrastructure are built together from the start.
Our own migration from 13 platforms down to HubSpot cut campaign execution time from 3 weeks to 1 week. Website updates that used to take days now take minutes. The platform didn't do that. The operational architecture did.
Sample Monthly Investment
For a 20-50 person company with 5 sales reps, 5 Commerce Hub seats, and 5,000 marketing contacts:
| Component | Monthly Cost |
|---|---|
|
HubSpot for Marketing Pro
(Marketing + Content Hub & 7k contacts) |
~$1,125/mo
|
|
Sales Hub Enterprise (5 seats)
|
$750/mo
|
|
Commerce Hub Pro (5 seats)
|
$238/mo
|
|
Data Hub Professional
|
$720/mo
|
|
HubSpot Platform Total
|
~$2,833/mo
|
|
IIAB Ops Services (Clarity Automation)
|
$7,500/mo
|
|
Total
|
$10,333/mo
|
Prices reflect annual billing. Monthly billing adds 10-15%. Contact volumes above 5,000 increase Marketing Hub costs. Commerce Hub seat count should match the number of reps sending quotes. All HubSpot pricing is set by HubSpot and subject to change — we'll confirm current rates during scoping.
Not sure which hubs you need?
Most companies we work with know they need HubSpot but aren't sure which combination fits their business. That's what the first call is for. We'll map your current tools, identify where revenue is leaking, and recommend the right stack — no overselling, no unnecessary hubs.
You might also need:
Content Hub Professional ($500/mo) — if your website lives on HubSpot CMS and you want smart content, A/B testing, and persona-driven CTAs.
Service Hub — if you need ticketing, knowledge base, NPS surveys, or customer portal. Pricing varies by tier.
Marketing Hub Enterprise ($3,600/mo, 10K contacts, 5 seats) — if you need multi-touch revenue attribution, customer journey analytics, or advanced team permissions beyond what Professional offers.
Questions we hear
Can you bundle everything at a discount?
HubSpot's pricing is set by HubSpot and does offer some bundling discount but it all depending on what you need. The real savings come from not needing a separate onboarding vendor, implementation partner, and ongoing consultant — that's all us. And if you're replacing multiple point solutions (separate billing platform, separate e-signature tool, separate CPQ), the Commerce Hub addition often pays for itself.
We only need help with HubSpot setup, not the full Ops engagement.
We offer Clarity Onboarding for lighter-scope projects — same methodology, focused on getting your HubSpot portal configured and your team trained. No ongoing retainer required.
Do we have to buy all four hubs?
No. Some clients start with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, then add Data Hub when they're ready for integrations and automation. We'll recommend what makes sense for where you are today and where you're headed.
You can actually save money when you bundle all the Hubs together. Reach out and we can explain more.
What if we already have HubSpot but it's a mess?
That's half our business. We fixed Relearnit's over-engineered HubSpot setup and saved them $800+/month. We can audit what you have, clean it up, and build the right operational foundation on top.
Do we need Commerce Hub if we already have a billing system?
Depends on your quote-to-cash motion. If your reps send proposals and need e-signature, Commerce Hub is now where that lives in HubSpot. If you have a separate CPQ tool that's working well, we'll assess whether consolidating makes sense. We won't push you toward a hub you don't need.
